PURCHASE TERMS

ORDERS AND PRICES
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your order identifies the product, included equipment, delivery charge, applicable tax and any recurring membership charge.
Availability and estimated dispatch are disclosed before payment. If an agreed shipping timeframe cannot be met, we will contact you about the revised timing and your cancellation/refund options.
MEMBERSHIP
Commercial venue purchases require membership enrollment. The monthly total and activation date are disclosed before recurring billing starts.
Membership renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel through your account or contact info@uncballusa.com before the next renewal. Benefits continue through the paid period. Refunds required by law remain available.
Membership benefits, table ownership and product warranty are separate. Cancelling membership ends its services and official venue-program benefits, not ownership of purchased equipment.
Future features are not included as available services until announced as operational. Changes to recurring prices will be communicated before they take effect.
SAFE USE
Follow assembly, leveling and operating instructions. Do not sit or stand on the table. Keep balls and small components away from young children. Venues are responsible for safe placement and supervision.

DELIVERY
Standard ordering is intended for the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other destinations in the Americas require individual approval.
Delivery service, access requirements and charges are identified before payment. Inside placement, stairs, assembly and packaging removal are included only when expressly listed in your order.
Tell us about restricted access, stairs, narrow entrances or unloading requirements before ordering.
Inspect delivery packaging and the equipment promptly. Photograph damage, retain packaging and contact info@uncballusa.com as soon as possible. Prompt reporting helps us investigate; this request does not remove rights provided by law.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Equipment must be unused, complete and packed safely for return. The buyer pays return freight; original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
Any different terms for a custom or special-order product must be disclosed and accepted before payment.
Damaged, incorrect or defective products are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
LIMITED WARRANTY
UNCBALL provides the original purchaser a 12-month limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects under normal indoor home or commercial venue use.
Covered defects include structural or functional failures caused by defective materials or workmanship.
Coverage does not include ordinary wear, cosmetic damage arising after delivery, misuse, impact, liquid damage or damage caused by improper assembly or unauthorized alterations. An unrelated alteration does not automatically exclude an otherwise covered defect.
For an accepted claim, UNCBALL will arrange repair or replacement, or an appropriate refund if a reasonable remedy cannot be provided. Approved necessary parts, shipping and authorized repair labor for covered claims within the contiguous United States are our responsibility.
Contact us before shipping equipment or commissioning repairs. Include your order information, a description and photographs. Stop using equipment that appears unstable or unsafe.
The included warranty remains in effect for its stated term regardless of membership cancellation. Any additional manufacturer coverage is governed by that manufacturer’s terms.
Special-destination coverage arrangements are disclosed before purchase. This warranty does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
